Dimity: Activity & Mood Diary

Dimity is a diary for what you do — and how you feel. Each day is drawn as colored bands: the width shows how long an activity lasted, and across the week, deeper colors mean higher ratings.

Rate how you feel on a 0–10 scale. Four ratings are ready from the start — Accomplishment, Enjoyment, Mood Before, and Mood After — and you can add your own with any name you like. As your entries build up, you'll gradually start to notice how your life and your mood are connected: which activities lift you up, and what gives you a real sense of accomplishment.

No account registration is required. There are no ads or usage analytics. Your records are stored on your device. They sync to iCloud only when you turn on device sync in Dimity Pro.
