ShiftWork Reminders

ShiftWork Reminders is a schedule-aware habit tracker built for people whose workdays do not follow a fixed nine-to-five schedule.

Choose one or more calendars configured on your iPhone and the event keyword that identifies your shifts. ShiftWork finds matching events and builds reminders around the actual start and end of each shift, even when your schedule changes.

Plan a practical routine around work: • Prepare before the next stretch of workdays • Remember your lunch box before each shift • Schedule meals, snacks, medications, hydration, or other habits relative to shift start or end • Add reminders after a shift or work stretch

Your last successful schedule is cached on your device so the app can open quickly. ShiftWork checks for calendar changes when it launches or returns to the foreground, and you can pull down on Today or Schedule to refresh.

Mark items complete, skipped, or not applicable and use completion history, consistency, and streaks to see how your routine is working over time. Optional Insistent Mode provides additional follow-up alerts for reminders that need more attention.

ShiftWork reads selected calendars through the iPhone calendar database. It cannot create, edit, or delete calendar events. Your calendar schedule, routine settings, and completion history stay on your device and are not uploaded to ShiftWork servers.
