Smaklig is an AI-powered meal planner built for everyday life in Sweden. Its conversational sous-chef helps you move from a dinner idea to a complete weekly plan and shopping list.

CHAT WITH YOUR SOUS-CHEF

Ask for a recipe, a weekly menu, current grocery deals, or a summary of what you have logged. Write naturally and adjust the plan in the same conversation.

PLANNED AROUND YOUR GOALS

Choose a goal such as weight loss, weight maintenance, or muscle gain. Smaklig uses your food preferences, registered allergies, nutrition goals, and training focus when planning recipes and weeks.

PLAN AROUND YOUR GROCERY STORE

Choose from ICA, Coop, Willys, Hemköp, City Gross, Lidl, and Costco. Smaklig retrieves current deals from your selected stores and uses them as input for recipes and weekly menus.

FROM RECIPES TO A SHOPPING LIST

Save recipes, add them to your weekly plan, and create a categorized shopping list. Shop the list right in the app — send it to ICA and fill your cart in one tap, then complete checkout at ICA. You can also check off items in the store and see which ingredients match current deals.

FOOD LOG AND SMAKBLICK

Log meals, scan a barcode, or search for a food. With Smakblick, photograph a meal and get an estimate of energy, protein, carbohydrates, and fat before choosing to log it.

FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS

See daily energy and protein, follow weight trends, and give your meal planning context from your goals and activity.

DRINK PAIRINGS

In Swedish language mode, users aged 20 or over can get pairings for recipes, including wine, beer, cider, sparkling wine, and alcohol-free options.
