MediTrack+ was born from personal experience. After suddenly becoming seriously ill, I found myself needing to take multiple medications every day. I searched for an app that was simple to use, without ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, but couldn't find anything that met my needs. It quickly became clear that many other people must be facing a similar challenge.

The result is MediTrack+ — a practical medication management app designed to help make medication routines simpler, clearer, and less stressful for anyone who takes medication regularly.

Medication List
Add medicines with dose, unit, instructions, start and end dates, prescribed by, reason, caution notes, and optional photo.

Today View
See what is due today, clearly grouped into Overdue, Upcoming, and Done. Mark a dose as taken or skipped, and undo mistakes if you tap the wrong button.

Actual Time Taken
When you mark a dose as taken, MediTrack+ records the real time and shows when it was taken.

Flexible Repeat Schedules
Set medicines for every day, every other day, or selected days such as Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Add schedule start and end dates where needed.

Dose Reminders
Choose whether each dose should trigger a reminder notification when it is due.

Progress Chart and History
View progress over time and review past medication events, including taken, skipped, missed, partial, and due doses.

Health Log
Record useful health information alongside medication use, including blood pressure, weight, temperature, blood glucose, heart rate, oxygen saturation, mood, pain, or general notes.

Reports and Export
Create medication reports and export data for personal records, carers, family, or healthcare appointments.

Backup and Restore
Export a backup file and restore it later. MediTrack+ is designed to preserve data during normal app updates with local recovery safeguards.

Privacy and Data Safety

MediTrack+ stores your information locally and is built to keep data during normal app updates. For extra protection, users can export a backup file and save it outside the app, such as in Files, iCloud Drive, or another safe location.
