Most hosting apps rent you your own party with a monthly subscription, or bury it in ads. Hearth doesn't. One unlock, offline, ad-free.

ONE GUEST LIST, EVERYTHING IN SYNC Add guests by hand or from Contacts, track invited / yes / no / maybe, count +1s, and flag dietary needs and allergies. A live headcount updates the moment anyone replies. This is the part other apps get wrong: when a guest drops out, Hearth updates everything at once — the headcount falls, their seat is flagged to re-seat, and the dish they were bringing reopens for someone else. No spreadsheet, no group-chat archaeology.

A BRING-LIST WITH NO DUPLICATES Set up slots — "2 mains, 3 sides, 2 desserts" — and let dishes get claimed until each slot is full. Hearth warns you before you end up with five salads, and keeps every open slot at the top so nothing is forgotten.

A SEATING CHART WITH AUTO-SEAT Drag guests to round, square, or long tables, or tap to seat without the gesture. Set keep-together and keep-apart rules and a kids' table, then let the on-device auto-seat build an arrangement that honors them — offline, no server. Print a clean seating chart and place cards as a PDF.

BUDGET, CHECKLIST, AND THE DAY-OF PLAN Track estimated vs actual costs to the cent, split them evenly or by party size to see who owes what — tracking only, Hearth never moves money. Work an occasion checklist, and lay out a run-of-show for the day. Local reminders nudge non-responders and unfilled slots before it's too late.

SHARE WITHOUT MAKING ANYONE SIGN UP Send a read-only summary as text or an image, export the guest list to CSV, or publish a view-only event page at a link anyone can open in a browser — no app, no account. The page shows counts and the plan only; guest names never leave your phone, and it expires on its own after 90 days.
