The app keeps the experience calm and lightweight: there is no account, no cloud sync, no ads, and no network connection required. Each saved entry stays on the device and can be reviewed later in a clean history list.

The Today page highlights the latest reading and gives fast access to adding a new one. History shows saved records with dates and comfort notes, while Trends turns local entries into a small visual summary with average, lowest, and highest values. The Tools area includes practical measurement tips, a local check-in reminder setting, and a detailed privacy and safety explanation.

TempNest is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or predict illness. It is meant to make personal notes more organized, so users can understand their own patterns and share clear context with a qualified professional when needed.
