NextRobot Ticket is the after-sales repair ticketing app for NextRobot service teams. It gives field technicians, support staff, and service managers one place to raise, track, and close repair jobs for Robby One cooking robots and other NextRobot equipment.

This app is intended for authorized NextRobot employees and service partners. A company account is required to sign in.

Close the job on site

• Record parts used, labour, and repair notes while you're still in front of the machine
• Capture the customer's signature on the device for proof of service
• Complete the ticket even where signal is poor, then sync when you're back online
