Steenberg Estate

Steenberg Estate Issue Logger is a private internal tool used exclusively by Steenberg Estate staff to report, track, and resolve maintenance and operational issues across the property.

Staff can log an issue in seconds — pick a category (Housekeeping, Golf Course & Landscaping, Irrigation, Security & Access, Clubhouse & Pro Shop, or Fleet/IT & Safety), choose the specific problem or describe it in their own words, and attach a photo or location pin. The app automatically routes each ticket to the right department and notifies the relevant staff.

Every ticket follows a clear lifecycle — Logged, Accepted, Completed, and Resolved — so nothing gets marked "done" until the person who reported it confirms the fix. Admins can monitor tickets across their department, and estate management has full visibility and reporting across every department from a companion web dashboard.

This app is not intended for use outside Steenberg Estate and is distributed privately to estate staff only.
