You can also browse a quiet feed of beliefs, keep the ones that fit, pass on the ones that don't, and reshape the ones that are close. Your saved belief can stay nearby in a widget or an optional reminder. If you want to share it, you can make a still image or a short transformation video first.

Your writing stays private. Proof doesn't require an account, and your beliefs, proof, and photos are stored on your iPhone. Notifications never include your proof text, and you can keep your belief off your lock screen and widgets.

Proof is a subscription. After the guided setup, Proof Premium unlocks the full practice: recalibration, unlimited proof, photo receipts, your evolution history, widgets, reminders, and sharing tools. The annual plan begins with a one week free trial, and your writing always stays on your iPhone.

Proof offers optional weekly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase.
