• If it's fine as-is — no rewrite forced, just a clear "this is okay to send." • If it needs work — specific phrases are flagged with plain-language reasons, plus two ready-to-send rewrites: BIFF (Brief, Informative, Friendly, Firm) and Grey Rock (flat, fact-only, no emotional hooks). • If it only makes sense as a reply to something you haven't shared — Ambe asks for that context rather than guessing. • If it reads like you might be in real distress — Ambe won't rewrite it. You'll see supportive crisis resources instead. • If it contains a threat toward someone else — Ambe won't hand back a copyable version of the original. You'll only get a de-escalated alternative.
