1. Set up - prop your phone side-on, tap START and sprint past. No wearables, no wires.
2. The AI watches - your run is filmed under a live scanning mesh, then the skeleton is rebuilt joint by joint on your phone: knee drive, lean, arm swing and stride, plus your estimated top speed and distance.
3. Your coach speaks - seconds later, an honest technique score and the single biggest fix, with cues for your next run. Replay any run with the full skeleton overlay and see what the AI saw.

CHALLENGE A FRIEND Tap the bolt on any athlete. The camera opens, you run there and then, and your time goes out with the challenge: "Paul ran 8.8 m/s - beat it." They have 24 hours to accept and run. Fastest top speed wins, and your record against each rival lives on your profile. Nothing is typed, ever - a challenge is a name and a time.
