Kosmos Driver

osmos Driver is the app for taxi drivers who work with the Kosmos Radio Taxi 18300 fleet.

When the dispatch center assigns you a trip, it shows up on your phone right away with the pickup address and everything you need to know. You accept it, the app shows you where to go, and off you drive. That simple.

What you can do with it:

• Get trips in real time, with a sound alert so you hear them even when you're not looking at the screen • See the pickup point on the map and navigate straight to the passenger • Change your status with one tap: free, busy, or done for the day • See the taxi stands around you and your place in the queue • Send and receive messages with the dispatch center, text or voice • Take card payments and voucher trips, and keep track of the work you've done

The app stays connected to the dispatch system even when your screen is off or you're using another app. If the network drops for a moment, it reconnects on its own. You won't lose calls because your phone went to sleep.

It comes in Greek, English, German, French and Bulgarian.

One thing to know before you download: this app is only for drivers registered with the Kosmos fleet. You log in with the account the fleet gives you. If you don't have one yet, call the Kosmos office and they'll set you up.

About location: while you're on shift, the app sends your position to the dispatch system in the background. This is how trips get assigned to the nearest available taxi. When you log out, nothing is tracked.
