Rouse is a social alarm app that turns your morning into a group event. Create a group, set a shared alarm, and hold each other accountable every single day.

How it works

Set a group alarm with your friends, teammates, or roommates. Every morning, each member has to check in to confirm they're up. The group sees who's awake, who's late, and who's still asleep.

Three ways to wake up

Co-op Wake — Everyone rises together. The goal is a perfect group streak. No one gets left behind.

Consequence Mode — Snoozers owe the group push-ups. 10 for a snooze, 25 for missing roll call, 50 for a no-show. Real stakes. No excuses.

Race Mode — First one up wins the day. Points stack into a weekly leaderboard. Every morning is a competition.
