WorkInsights is the manager companion app for the WorkInsights workforce analytics platform. Review your team's activity, approve requests, and keep projects moving - without opening a laptop.

This app is for managers and administrators of companies that already use WorkInsights. Your account is created by your company administrator.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Dashboard See a live snapshot of your workforce: who is working, productivity trends over time, and activity coverage across the day.

Approvals Review and action attendance corrections, leave requests, and time edits. Pending items are badged so nothing sits waiting.

Alerts Surface anomalies and items that need your attention, with AI-generated summaries that highlight what changed and why it matters.

Locations See GPS check-in locations for field and on-site staff, including distance from their assigned work location.

Captures Review desktop activity captures uploaded during monitored working hours.

Team scope Filter every view by department, team, or individual, and by any date range.

HOW DATA IS COLLECTED

WorkInsights Mobile does not collect anything from your iPhone. It requests no device permissions and captures no screenshots or location from this device.

Activity data is captured by a separate WorkInsights desktop agent, installed by an employer's IT administrator on company-owned or company-managed computers, with notice to employees under the employer's monitoring policy and applicable law. This app only displays that data to authenticated managers of the same company.

REQUIREMENTS

An existing WorkInsights workspace. If your employer does not use WorkInsights, this app will not have data to show you. Sign in with your work email or your company Google or Microsoft account.
