Your project information stays on your iPhone. JobPhotoLog does not require an account, does not ask you to join a workspace, and does not upload your job photos, client details, signatures, receipts, notes, or reports to a cloud service. The core workflow remains available on jobsites with weak reception, in basements, remote properties, workshops, and other places where an internet connection cannot be trusted.

Create a separate project for each client, property, repair, installation, inspection, or construction phase. Add the job name, client, address, public notes, private internal notes, tags, and a color status. Keep active, completed, and archived work easy to find with search and filters. A focused project dashboard shows what has been captured and what still needs attention.

CAPTURE PHOTO EVIDENCE

Take photos directly inside a project so every image stays connected to the right job. JobPhotoLog records capture time and can include location and address context when permission is available. Add client-facing notes, internal notes, tags, and annotations to explain exactly what the image proves. Keep a clean original for future watermark updates while using branded copies in the working record.

BEFORE AND AFTER

Capture a Before photo, add the matching After photo, and compare the pair in one view. Before-and-after documentation makes progress easy to understand for clients, supervisors, insurers, property owners, and your own team. It is useful for repairs, cleaning, restoration, landscaping, installations, maintenance, punch work, and inspection follow-ups.
