Advanced setup is available for other compatible desktop assistants. Choose whether to allow contact changes. No People account, browser login, Python installation, or separate script is required.

Keep your Mac awake with People running and an active trial or subscription. The MCP runs locally; your assistant may send requested contact details to its AI provider. TelemetryDeck provides app usage analytics using a hashed installation identifier, without contact details.
