Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal is charged within 24 hours before that date. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store Account Settings. Any unused free-trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
