Beltforce is an all-in-one app for martial arts academies and their members. Born out of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, it supports any discipline — BJJ, Muay Thai, karate, taekwondo, pencak silat and more.

FOR MEMBERS

• Class schedule & booking A weekly calendar per academy and discipline, with real-time capacity. Class full? The waitlist promotes you automatically the moment someone cancels.

• QR check-in Scan the QR in class — attendance is recorded and EXP lands immediately. Manual check-in is available as a fallback and goes into the coach's approval queue.

• Digital passport A flippable member card: photo, home academy, belt with a verification check, and a per-discipline identity QR. Competition history is recorded too.

• Belt progress & EXP Every confirmed check-in earns EXP. EXP accumulates toward the readiness threshold for your next stripe — promotions are still decided by your coach, never granted automatically by the system.

• Multi-discipline, multi-profile One member can hold separate belts and progress in each discipline. Disciplines without belts use an EXP-based Level 1–999 system. One account can also hold several profiles — useful for a parent training alongside a child.

• Gym locator Find nearby academies with Near Me and distance sorting. Joining is a matter of scanning the gym's QR, then waiting for admin approval.

• Chat & notifications Message your academy's admin directly. Notifications cover class reminders, announcements, promotions, and approval status.

FOR COACHES

Approve check-ins, belt promotions, and competition records. Hold the rotating class QR and see the attendance list straight from your phone.

FOR ACADEMY OWNERS & ADMINS

Manage classes, members, branches, and membership plans. Business statistics live in the web CMS, with full multi-branch support. Create your own academy straight from the app — the Beltforce team reviews and approves it.
