REDIL — Field evidence you can defend
REDIL turns a phone into a field documentation tool. Every photo and video is captured with a forensic stamp, cryptographic hash and precise location data, so the record can still be verified weeks later by you, your supervisor or anyone who must trust the file.
Built for police officers, investigators, inspectors, surveyors, insurance adjusters and anyone whose work depends on proving what was recorded, where, and when.
Capture field evidence
The home screen keeps one action in front of you: New capture. Photo or video, stamped at capture, with no extra steps between arriving on scene and having a usable record. Routes and Gallery are one tap away, with bottom navigation for Home, Gallery, Routes and Profile.
Customize your capture
The forensic stamp adapts to your organization. Choose the interface language, show a compass in the preview, and embed a Google Maps QR code in the stamp — scan it later to open the exact coordinates in Maps.
Place the stamp at the top or bottom of the frame and pick an accent color so the data stays legible against sand, asphalt or vegetation.
Set a GPS target accuracy of 5, 10 or 20 meters, and let REDIL warn you before shooting if the signal has not reached that threshold. Weak positioning may force you to redo the record.
Find records faster
The Gallery brings every capture into one place. Search by point, address or notes, filter photos or videos, and sort to reach the right file quickly. Each thumbnail shows its point name, date and time, so you can identify a record without opening it.
Identify every report
Your Profile identifies every REDIL document: professional name, organization, employee ID, role and unit or assignment.
Add your organization logo (PNG or JPG, transparency supported) and a signature image; both are applied automatically to exports too.
Review every capture
Open any record to see the stamped media, integrity status and identification block: point, capture date and time, media type, address and notes.
The stamp burned into the image carries date, time, timezone, latitude, longitude, accuracy, altitude, compass heading and the QR code — readable even in a printed copy.
Verify integrity and location
This is the core of REDIL. Every file has a SHA-256 hash and a manifest, and the app checks both on demand: File: intact • Manifest: intact. If a byte changes, the verification fails and you know it.
Alongside the hash, the record shows the trusted time source and full location data — latitude, longitude, accuracy in meters and altitude — so the context of the capture is documented as rigorously as the image itself.
Build structured reports
REDIL does not stop at the photo. Fill in the report header fields — report number, case number, procedure type, analysis type, recipient, references, subject and notes — and they are saved for your next export, so recurring work does not mean retyping the same header every time.
Custom titles are preserved, and default titles for the selected language can be restored with one tap.
Export and share
Attach supporting photos of the person and additional location photos, then export in the format the situation calls for:
- TXT — plain text, no images, for fast transmission
- DOCX — logo, stamped photo and signature included, editable before signing
- PDF — the same complete layout, ready to file or send
From capture to signed document, without leaving the app and without a desktop step in between.
Why it holds up
- Forensic stamp applied at capture time, not added afterwards
- SHA-256 hash and manifest verification on every record
- GPS accuracy control with a pre-capture warning
- Complete professional and organizational identification on every export
- Reports generated on the device, in the field
REDIL — record it once, prove it later.
