YOUR BOTTLE DOES THE WORK Own a smart water bottle (like HidrateSpark) whose own companion app saves your drinks to Apple Health? Hydration Buddy counts them automatically by reading Apple Health. The app never pairs with or connects to any bottle. There is no hardware setup at all. No smart bottle? Logging by hand takes two taps.

A GENTLE GAME, NOT A GUILT TRIP Earn points for pacing and consistency, not volume. Rewards stop at 150% of your chosen goal, and more water never earns more points. Miss a day? That's just a fresh start.

A PRIVATE AI WATER BUDDY Ask about your patterns, the app, or general hydration ideas. Chat runs through Apple Intelligence on your iPhone by default. Prefer your own AI provider? Bring your own key, and it's stored only in your device Keychain. You choose exactly what hydration context is shared, with a byte-exact preview, and you can turn it off any time. The buddy never pushes you to drink more, and goal changes always require your explicit confirmation and can be undone.
