WHAT IT DOES • Tell it what's in your kitchen: tap the staples and ingredients you have on hand. • See what you can cook right now: a deterministic match engine checks every recipe against your pantry and lists the ones you can make with zero missing ingredients. • Full cooking steps: open any recipe for numbered, step-by-step instructions, cook time, servings, and a have/need ingredient checklist. • Estimated macros: every recipe shows Est. calories, protein, carbs and fat per serving so you can eat with intent. These are estimates (Est.), not lab values. • Dinner reminder: an optional daily nudge tells you what you can cook tonight from what's already in your kitchen.
