Holy Instant is a quiet place to be with A Course in Miracles: the complete 1975 First Edition Text, Workbook, and Manual, set like a fine book and made to be returned to a page at a time.

read the Course, follow today's lesson, search every occurrence of a word or phrase, highlight a line, or sit for one held minute of stillness. there are no streaks to keep and nothing to finish. only the invitation to begin again.

the reader keeps your place. open Read and you land on the paragraph you left, and Previous and Next sit at the foot of every section so you can keep going without walking back through the contents.

the journal is where the practice becomes yours. write from a lesson, a passage, a reply from Grace, a person you are trying to forgive, or a blank page. search everything you have written, keep rich text, dictate instead of typing, and export the whole journal as clean markdown. your entries and highlights stay on your device and in your own private iCloud database, where the developer cannot read them.

Grace is a companion grounded in the Course. she reflects what you bring, points you back to the words in your hands, and is designed to become less necessary rather than more. her optional memory stays on device, shows you every sentence it keeps, and can be erased completely in one tap.

when you write to Grace, your message and the Course passages selected on your device travel through Holy Instant's own AWS service to Anthropic to be answered. Anthropic says API inputs and outputs are deleted within 30 days unless an exception applies. when you dictate, your voice goes to Amazon only to become text, and that text follows the same path. there is no account, no advertising, no tracking, no analytics, and no developer-readable history. every one of these paths is named in plain words inside the app.

today's idea can rest silently on your iPhone home or lock screen, your Apple Watch, and your watch face. one optional daily invitation is available and off until you turn it on. nothing pings hourly, counts a day, closes a ring, or tells you that you failed.

Holy Instant supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, Reduce Motion, and measured WCAG AA contrast in light and dark. privacy and accessibility are stated plainly inside the app under “Our Two Promises.”
