InventoryAtlas is the easiest way for your team to keep track of where your physical items are, and to see at a glance the latest status and location of everything you manage.

Whether you're moving equipment between job sites, tracking deliveries and pickups across your organization, or just need to know where a particular item ended up and who last touched it, InventoryAtlas gives you the answer in a tap.

What You Can Do InventoryAtlas is built around a simple idea: every item has a history. Each time something is delivered or picked up, that event is recorded with a location, the person who logged it, a timestamp, notes, and an optional photo. Use it to: • Create an organization and invite others to join it in one of two ways: share a code they can enter themselves, or have them scan a QR code in person. • Add the items you want to track and the locations they move between. • Record events for an item, such as delivered or picked up, each with a location, who submitted it, the time, and notes. • Save locations that anyone on your team can use quickly. • Attach a photo to any event so there's a visual record. • Open the board to see the latest known status of every item at a glance. • View item locations on a map.

Designed for Privacy InventoryAtlas was built with a focus on privacy. • You sign in with Apple, so there are no separate passwords to create or manage, and no email or password is ever shared with us. • Your data belongs to your organization and is only visible to the members you invite. • Your location, when you choose to attach it to an event, is used only to record where that event happened. • No analytics, no advertising, no third-party tracking.

Accessibility InventoryAtlas was developed with accessibility in mind from the start. • VoiceOver works throughout. • Item and event details are announced clearly as you navigate. • The board and history views are readable in a single continuous pass. • Proper labels are used to facilitate rotor navigation. • Switch between light and dark mode to suit your preference.
