MEDITATION TIMER A minute-precise timer with four soft sounds. It keeps counting when your screen locks, rings softly two seconds after you settle in, and offers to log your session when it ends.

INSIGHTS Streaks, weekly and monthly totals, and Apple Health-style trends: bars or lines, over weeks, months or years.

APPLE HEALTH Optionally write your practices as yoga workouts and your meditation and pranayama as mindful minutes.
