Most calendar apps focus on what happens during a day. Holiday Visualizer focuses on the days themselves — your annual leave as a finite budget you can see, plan, and spend with intention.

THE TOKEN BANK The heart of the app: a grid of squares where each square is one day off. Squares fill in as you book leave, so a glance tells you how much of the year's budget is gone and how much freedom you have left. Half-days show as half-filled squares. Pin the bank so it stays visible while you scroll.

PLAN THE WHOLE YEAR See all 12 months at once with your days off highlighted, or drop into a full month view with labelled entries like "Summer holiday" or "Christmas break". Jump between years to plan ahead.

FAST ENTRY • Tap any day to set a full day, half day, or clear it — with an optional label. • Booking two weeks off? The duration stepper applies one entry across consecutive days in a single save. • Quick Add mode: tap days to toggle them instantly, or drag across a range to add or remove a whole stretch with one gesture.

YOUR NUMBERS, ALWAYS VISIBLE Total, spent, and remaining hours (and days) sit at the top of the screen. If you overspend your budget, the app tells you in red.

FLEXIBLE TO HOW YOU WORK Set your annual allowance in hours and define how many hours make up one day — 8-hour days, 7.5-hour days, whatever your contract says.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts. No tracking. No servers. Your data lives on your device and syncs privately through your own iCloud to your other iPhones and iPads. Export a JSON backup or a printable one-page PDF of your year whenever you like.
