• Review, edit, and sign the finished note in your Serelora platform

Security & Privacy

Serelora is built for healthcare from the ground up. Access is authenticated and attributable, protected health information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every access to patient data is recorded in a HIPAA-aligned audit trail. Clinicians confirm patient consent before each recording begins. Audio is transcribed and processed by Serelora's clinical AI documentation service to generate your note, then deleted immediately after processing.
