Every morning, on the rhythm you choose, Rounds delivers one edition scoped to the subspecialties you choose. Every peer-reviewed paper is scored, so the strongest reading comes first.

SEARCH ANY PAPER Paste a DOI, type a title, or drop in a publisher link, and Rounds finds the article and takes you to the full text. Share a link from any other app straight into Rounds. Related papers appear beneath every result, and a retraction or expression of concern is flagged before you read.

FULL TEXT THROUGH YOUR LIBRARY Rounds signs you in to your own institutional library once, in a secure in-app browser, and then routes articles through that session. Open access papers open with no connection at all. Where your institution does not hold a subscription, Rounds cannot create access that the publisher does not permit.

YOUR EDITION, ON YOUR SCHEDULE Choose daily, every two days, every four days, or weekly. The edition window moves with you, and a single quiet notification lets you know when a new one has landed. Nothing else pushes at you.

THE ROUNDS EVIDENCE SCORE Each peer-reviewed paper carries a score out of 100, drawn from its study design, level of evidence, journal standing, sample size, reported outcomes, and any retractions or corrections on record. Papers sort highest first inside each section.

MORE THAN JOURNALS Society updates, industry news, regulatory notices, surgical technique videos, CME opportunities, and provincial news sit alongside the literature in the same edition.

A LIBRARY TO VIEW WHENEVER YOU ARE FREE Bookmarked keeps the papers you flagged. Downloaded keeps the ones you have a PDF of, which open with no signal at all. Notes keeps what you wrote, in a proper editor, attached to the paper it belongs to.

NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED TO SEARCH Search and read without signing in. An account is asked for only where it is genuinely needed: your personalised edition, your saved library, and your notes.
