Start by exploring the Base Catalogue to see what's possible. Browse hundreds of styles and thread colors in the Style Wall, or use the Style Filter to narrow down exactly what you're looking for. When you find a design you love, tap into the Style Detail view to see every option: size, backing choice, thread color, and more. Save your favorites so you can revisit them anytime.

The Stitch Studio is where the magic happens. Design your own monogram from scratch with full control over every detail. Set your hoop size and select which units you prefer—inches or millimeters. Choose your default fill pattern and border style, plus adjust stitch density to get exactly the look you want. Pick your thread color from the Thread Drawer, which shows exactly how many meters of thread your design will need. As you build, the app calculates stitch count and runtime so you know precisely how long it'll take to produce and digitize. The studio also shows your patch size and lets you refine every element until it's perfect.

Once your design is locked in, move to Place Order. Set your quantity—order one patch or a dozen. Choose your backing material. Review the unit price and total cost. Select cash on delivery as your payment option if that works better for you, or pay now. The app shows you exactly when you'll get your finished patch with the ETA upfront.

Track everything in Order Status and Order History. See your active orders at a glance, check which ones are ready for pickup, and review past orders anytime. You can see the production stages your patch moves through and simulate the next stage to understand the entire stitching workflow.

Save designs you might want later in Designs and add patches to your Favorites. The Design Boards screen lets you organize your ideas, create new boards to group related monograms, and save designs across sessions.
