Empower by Coach Em

Empower by Coach Em is a free companion app for the existing personal-training clients of me, Emma Musselwhite, a professional fitness coach. The app is a tool that lets my current clients access the individual workout and nutrition plans their coach builds for them, log their workouts and progress, and message their coach directly. Coaching is a real-time, person-to-person service delivered by me to each client individually (Guideline 3.1.3(d)). No digital goods, subscriptions, or services are sold or unlocked anywhere in the app. There are no purchase, subscribe, or upgrade flows of any kind inside it. It is free to download and is intended purely as a utility for people who are already my clients.
