PRIVATE BY DESIGN

No account. No sign-in. No cloud sync. Your journal entries, mood logs, and onboarding answers are stored on your device by default. When you use Chat, daily prompts, weekly reflections, or Arc, the relevant text is sent securely to generate the AI response and is not stored in a persistent database by After. After isn't a therapy app and doesn't diagnose or treat anything; it's a quiet place to put things down.

Whatever you're going through, your local journal remains yours to keep. You decide when to use the AI features.
