Activity Record: Hour by Hour

Activity Record is a simple hourly log of your day. Each hour, note what you were doing and rate how strong one feeling you choose to follow was, from 0 (barely there) to 100 (the most intense it gets). Over days and weeks, your record fills in — and patterns start to show.

WHAT YOU CAN DO • Log any hour in seconds: an activity, a 0–100 rating, and optional notes and extra feelings. • Follow the feeling you choose — switch anytime without losing history. • Log from your home or lock screen with the one-tap widget. • Ask Siri: "Log this hour in Activity Record" — or run the one-tap Log This Hour shortcut from the Shortcuts app. • Set up to 12 daily reminders; tapping one can open the current hour directly. • Backfill earlier hours or days whenever you like.

SEE YOUR PATTERNS • An intensity map of the last 14 days, hour by hour. • Plain-language observations: which times of day, days of the week, and activities went with lower or higher ratings in your record. • A week-over-week sentence so you can see how this week compared. • Everything is descriptive — the app reports what's in your record, and what you do with it is up to you.
