MyDay is an anonymous, once-a-day journal. Each day you share how your day went: a rating from "worst ever" to "best day ever," a few optional words, and an optional photo. That's it. One post. Then you see how the rest of the world is doing today.

No accounts. No names. No likes, followers, or endless scrolling. Just one honest moment a day, from real people having real days.

• ONE POST A DAY The whole point is the pause. You get one post each day, so it counts. No pressure to perform — just check in with yourself and share where you're at.
