Every family can save one new moment each Monday-to-Sunday week for free, by text or voice on iPhone or Apple Watch. Membership unlocks unlimited moments and owner-created invitations.

SAY IT WHILE IT IS FRESH

Record a voice memory on iPhone or Apple Watch. Apple transcribes on your iPhone first, and you can review and correct the words before they become part of your journal.

TURN DAYS INTO CHAPTERS

Create editable weekly, monthly, and yearly highlights grounded in the moments you saved. Choose the memories that belong, add photos from the same time period, use an optional AI draft, or dictate the story in your own words. Photos are never sent to AI.

Little Moments can suggest possible milestones from the stories you already capture. You decide what becomes a milestone, what stays an ordinary moment, and what gets archived.

ONE PRIVATE JOURNAL FOR YOUR FAMILY

Keep child profiles, names, pronouns, birthdays, memories, recordings, milestones, highlights, and chosen photos together. Invite trusted adults into the same private journal so everyone can help preserve the story.

One membership covers every active adult in the same journal. The owner starts, restores, and manages it; invited adults do not purchase separately. This in-app family benefit does not use Apple Family Sharing.

AI ONLY WHEN YOU CHOOSE IT

Membership never grants AI permission. Little Moments asks separately before using enhanced transcription and before using AI organization or highlight writing. You can allow or decline either one and change the choice in Settings.

Enhanced transcription can send the recording, Apple transcript, optional child selection, and a spelling list of children’s first names and nicknames plus active family members’ familiar first names. The disclosed AI service may compare speech candidates and combine only supported wording into one recommendation; it must not summarize or add facts. Organization and highlights can send selected text and minimized family context, but not recordings, photos, emails, account IDs, roles, invitations, or full family-member names. The provider states customer content is not used to train or improve its models.

MEMBERSHIP

Little Moments is free to download. Each family can create one moment per week. Monthly or annual membership unlocks unlimited moments and owner-created invitations. Existing people and saved content remain after membership ends.

U.S. membership options are $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year. Both plans offer a two-week introductory trial to eligible new subscribers; only one trial can be redeemed in the Little Moments Membership subscription group. Apple shows the price and eligibility that apply to your storefront before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends, or when you subscribe without an eligible trial. Membership renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings.
