Flint turns everyday work into a place to learn. Instead of pulling you away for long courses, Flint delivers short, activity-based lessons in the flow of your day — so new procedures become habits and skills actually stick on the job.

Your organization sets up a learning program in Flint and assigns it to you. From there, Flint makes it simple to:

• Work through bite-sized activities a few minutes at a time • Practice new procedures and standard operating procedures step by step • Answer quick check-ins and surveys to reflect on what you've learned • Track your progress through each initiative • Add scheduled activities to your calendar so you never miss a step
