KioskQ is the companion app for KioskQ laundry and self-service kiosk sites by MasterSyncSolutions.

FOR ON-SITE STAFF

• Start machines — see the site's washers and dryers and start a machine for a customer with one tap.
• Vouchers — create single vouchers or a whole batch, see active, used and deleted vouchers with a full audit trail.
• Payment attempts — instantly check failed payments (machine, customer, time and reason) to resolve issues on the spot.

FOR MANAGERS

• Earnings — total and per-machine revenue for today, 30 days or all time.
• Transactions — every completed payment with customer, machine and method, exportable to CSV.

FOR ADMINISTRATORS

• Products — create and edit machines, prices, relays and photos, and publish straight to the kiosk.
• Customers — search your customer database, edit details, issue return codes and email receipts.
• Users — add staff accounts, reset passwords and 2FA, and review per-user activity.
• Activity log — see who did what, from where, including failed logins.

BANK-GRADE PROTECTION The app locks with your app password or Face ID, auto-locks after 30 seconds of inactivity, and stores site logins encrypted on your device. Site setup and changes are protected by two-factor authentication.

KioskQ connects only to your own organisation's kiosk systems over encrypted HTTPS. An active staff account on a KioskQ site is required. Ask your site administrator for access, or try the built-in demo to explore the app.
