JOURNAL, ONE ENTRY PER DAY Write freely, then select any passage and highlight it in a color-coded category — Fitness, Nutrition, Education, or ones you create. Every category keeps its own journal, so you can reread everything you've ever highlighted about training, eating, or learning in one place.

EVERY DAY ON ITS OWN TIMELINE Each day gets a clean hour-by-hour timeline of your practices, scheduled tasks, and one-off events. Drag to move, pull the edges to resize, press and hold to complete. Long-press an empty hour to add something right there.

PRACTICES, TASKS, AND GOALS • Practices (your repeating routines) fire on the days you choose and build streaks when you follow through. • Tasks sort themselves into Today, Tomorrow, This week, and Someday — give one a time and it lands on your calendar. • Goals track progress toward the things that matter; achieve one and it moves to the Vault with every task you've finished.

REMINDERS THAT MATCH THE MOMENT A gentle message, or an alarm that plays a louder, longer sound and can break through Focus — at the start, or up to an hour ahead.

MAKE IT YOURS Six color palettes, each with a matched dark mode. Choose the page RISE opens to. Set your calendar hours to your real waking day.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. Everything you write and plan is stored only on your device and never leaves it — the app's only network connection is to Apple, to process your subscription.

THE RISE SUBSCRIPTION RISE requires a Rise subscription: $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year, each with a 1-week free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
