Each reflection guides you through four steps:

TURN REFLECTION INTO ACTION

Choose from a library of practical ideas or create your own action. Schedule it for one or multiple days, receive reminders, and record what happened afterward.

Actions can include encouragement, practical support, quality time, physical affection, thoughtful gifts, listening, and prayer.

PRAY WITH SCRIPTURE

Read relevant passages from the World English Bible and pray for your spouse. You can write your own prayer or follow a guided process focused on:

• Praising and thanking God
• Praying for your spouse’s current situation
• Asking for strength and favor over your planned action

REMEMBER IMPORTANT DETAILS

Create a spouse profile to remember birthdays, anniversaries, favorite foods, meaningful preferences, and other important information.

Humble also brings forward your previous reflection so you can remember what stood out and continue building on it.

OPTIONAL DAILY REMINDERS

Set small reminders that help you think about your spouse throughout the day. Choose prompts related to:

You control the reminder categories, frequency, and time window. Reminders can be changed or turned off at any time.

Use the dashboard to revisit past reflections, prayers, actions, and recurring themes. See your consistency and follow-through over time without scores or judgments about your marriage.

PERSONAL, NOT SOCIAL

Humble is designed for individual reflection. It is not a social network, and your spouse does not need an account. Your reflections are not posted publicly or shared with other users.

OPTIONAL PREMIUM AI

Premium features can provide personalized action ideas based on the information you choose to record. AI can also help refine an action, make it more practical, check its tone, suggest a conversation starter, identify recent patterns, and recommend a helpful follow-up.

AI features are optional and require your consent before relevant personal history is used.

The core Humble experience is available free. Optional plans are available for users who want to support the app or access Premium AI features.
