Start by building your Hive Yard—a visual map of your apiaries. Add boxes to each hive using the Hive Stack Builder, then deploy Scales and Probes to gather weight and temperature data. Every day, Bomepa Flow shows you the health status of each hive: Thriving, Steady, or Watch. These signals are built from real hive activity—weight curves, brood warmth, and seasonal patterns—so you know exactly what's happening inside.

The core reading happens on the Hive Stack screen. Total Weight tells you when a colony is starving or storing honey. Brood Warmth indicates if the bees are raising brood or have abandoned it. A hive marked Thriving is confident; Steady means stable; Watch means you should inspect soon. All this without cracking open a box.

The Sensor Setup screen guides you through deploying and configuring your Scales and Probes. Once running, your apiary's data streams live into Bomepa Flow. Fine-tune how your app interprets the readings in Apiary Preferences: choose your weight units, temperature scale, enable thermal gradient overlay, toggle auto-tare for your scales, set inspection reminders so you never miss a window, and switch Quiet Overnight Alerts to keep late-night emergencies from waking you.

The Inspection Plan screen shows you the Season Route—the keeping calendar for your region and your bees. Combine that with your data to decide which hives need an opening. Pinned Anchors let you bookmark hives or inspection notes for quick recall. Frames to Revisit tracks specific frames that need follow-up, so your next inspection is surgical, not blind.

Scrub the Week in the Trends screen to dig into your hive's history. See patterns over days and weeks. The Season Atlas pulls back further, showing the keeping year as a whole—when brood ramps up, when foraging peaks, when winter prep matters most. This context helps you anticipate what your bees need before crisis arrives.
