HOW IT WORKS Walk through your rental room by room and build your own inventory. A built-in shot list tells you exactly what to capture in each space: walls, floors, ceilings, windows, under the sink, inside appliances, meter readings, key count and smoke alarms. Rate each item Good, Fair, Poor or Damaged and add notes. Every photo is stamped automatically with the date, time and GPS location, plus a SHA-256 hash shown on each shot so it is provably unaltered. This is your own check-in report, not one the letting agent controls.

MOVE-OUT MODE This is the feature agents do not expect. When your tenancy ends, our ghost-overlay camera shows your original move-in photo faintly on the screen so you can retake the exact same shot. Deposit Shield auto-pairs your before and after images and builds clean side-by-side comparison pages in your PDF. Your check-out report shows at a glance that a room came back the way you found it.

DISPUTE KIT If a landlord or agent withholds your deposit, fight back. Whether your money sits with TDS, DPS or mydeposits, generate a dispute letter tailored to your scheme, set deadline reminders so you never miss a window, record a video walkthrough, and export a full evidence bundle for adjudication. The PDF report includes a signature line and a hash integrity page that stands up as documentation.
