Duinker Workforce

Duinker Workforce is the mobile app of the Workforce platform by Duinker Automatisering BV. Focus on time, efficiency and control: register working hours, production and access — faster, more accurately and fully automatically.

The app is used by employees of companies connected to the Workforce platform, so you need a connection/registration from your employer to use it.

Time tracking • Clock in/out and breaks — anywhere, fast and paperless • Direct insight into hours worked, overtime and leave, with a personal weekly overview • Identification via iButton key or a personal device link

Production registration • Book work by location, activity and product • Quantity/production registration per product and packaging

Access & location • Optional GPS zone recognition (geofencing): automatically select the correct location and only clock within the allowed work area • Open doors (access control) directly from the terminal • Submit and track leave and work requests • Smart notifications, messages and documents

• Multilingual: Dutch, German, English, Polish and more • Data stored securely on Dutch cloud servers, with links to planning and payroll software

Suitable for a wide range of sectors where time, production and access registration are key. Location and camera are only used for the features above and only when your employer has enabled them.
