BagPass

Prove exactly how your checked bag looked before it left your hands, timestamped, GPS-stamped photos in two minutes at the airport. Peace of mind, every flight.

BagPass: a photo record of your checked baggage, before it leaves your hands.

Every year bags are lost, damaged, delayed, or tampered with, and when something goes wrong it's your word against the airline's. BagPass turns check-in into a simple two-minute habit. You photograph your bag, its tag, and the counter scale, all timestamped and GPS-stamped, so you have a clear record of exactly how your baggage looked the moment you handed it over.

How it works

1. Enter your trip and flight details.
2. Photograph your bag, the baggage tag, and the scale at check-in.
3. Your record is saved automatically with the time and location.
4. Back it up securely so it's safe even if your phone is lost.

Why travelers use BagPass • Show what your bag looked like, with clear photos, exactly as you handed it over • Every photo stamped with GPS location and time • Capture up to 3 bags in a single check-in record • Add the baggage receipt too, for a complete record • Private and encrypted, with no public links, never sold, never used for ads • Secure cloud backup, so your records survive a lost phone • Delete any record, or your whole account, anytime

Built for peace of mind Whether it's a lost suitcase, a damage claim, or the rare case of a swapped tag, a photo record with the time and place, created right there at check-in, is the kind of thing that's easy to make and impossible to recreate afterward. BagPass makes it a two-minute habit.

BagPass is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not prevent loss, damage, or tampering, and does not guarantee any outcome with any airline, insurer, or authority.
