A roster planner for cabin crew — import your schedule, ask Rach offline about your roster, and plan your hours on layover. Not affiliated with any airline.
Rach is a roster planner for cabin crew — built by a solo developer for his wife, a crew member, not an airline.
WHAT'S FREE
• Import your roster (text, CSV, or PDF) and see it laid out on a real calendar
• Ask Rach — offline answers about your roster, right on your device: next report and pickup times, days off and sector counts by month, your lifetime flying stats, world clock, layover details, and per-diem — no account, no internet, no waiting.
• AI layover plans — tell Rach what you're in the mood for and how late you're out, and it plans the hours you actually have on the ground (3 layovers a month, each with a redo)
• A read-only rest schedule around your duty — wake, curfew, shuttle, and report times laid out so you can see your night at a glance
• A recovery estimate from your sleep and time-zone shift
• Your destination at a glance — local time next to your base clock, and a currency converter for the city you're in
• Your journey and crew passport — flights, kilometres, and countries as they add up
• A cabin pre-flight checklist
HOW ASK RACH WORKS
Most questions are answered instantly on your phone, for free, offline — Rach reads your imported roster and does the maths, and never guesses: if it's not in your roster, it says so. Deeper questions about your schedule and layovers get an AI answer that's grounded in your actual duties and knows where you are right now (5 a day, 30 a month free; 20 a day on Premium). Rach won't judge your fitness to fly or fatigue — those go to your airline's process, never to an app.
HOW THE LAYOVER PLANNER WORKS
Say what you're in the mood for — "somewhere quiet to eat, no bars" — set how late you'll be out, and Rach plans just that window, or your whole layover if you ask for it. If a place is closed or too far to reach in time, Rach leaves it out and tells you why, instead of failing. Every stop is a real place with directions.
RACH PREMIUM ($3.99/month or $37.99/year, auto-renews, cancel anytime in your App Store settings)
• Layover destination intel — places near your crew hotel by category, with ratings where available, current weather, and packing suggestions
• Crew Picks — a small set of crew-favourite spots, hand-picked with an honest note on each (rolling out city by city)
• More Ask Rach AI answers — 20 a day
• More AI layover plans — up to 10 a day instead of the free 3 a month
• A per-diem estimator using the pay and allowance rates you enter yourself
• Ride-hailing shortcuts — open Grab, Uber, Bolt, or Karwa for your layover city, with a Maps directions fallback that always works
• Offline destination packs for when you're not connected
• Extra themes and custom checklists with history
BEING HONEST WITH YOU
Rach never rings an alarm — waking is the hotel wake-up call and your own phone alarm. Rach shows your schedule times; it doesn't wake you. Per-diem figures use only the rates you enter yourself; Rach doesn't assert or guarantee any allowance. Layover information comes from third-party providers and may be incomplete — verify anything that matters before relying on it.
