Companion app for your Bluetooth thermometer, blood pressure monitor, and pulse oximeter. Display readings, set alerts, and notify family all in one place.

This app is a companion display for FDA-cleared Bluetooth medical devices. The app itself does not measure any vital signs — it displays readings received via Bluetooth from external FDA-cleared devices sold separately.

EXTERNAL HARDWARE REQUIRED You MUST own one or more compatible FDA-cleared Bluetooth medical devices for this app to function. These devices are third-party accessories with their own regulatory clearance, sold separately.

REGULATORY STATUS The Bluetooth medical devices supported by this app hold FDA clearance. FDA 510(k) documentation has been provided to App Review for each supported device category:

WHAT THIS APP DOES Vital Signs Monitor pairs with your FDA-cleared Bluetooth medical devices to display their readings, store a local history, and notify family members when readings fall outside ranges you configure. The app does not measure temperature, pulse, oxygen saturation, or blood pressure — all measurements come from the FDA-cleared external devices.

REQUIRED HARDWARE (NOT INCLUDED, SOLD SEPARATELY) You must own at least one of the following FDA-cleared Bluetooth devices:

• Bluetooth blood pressure monitor (systolic, diastolic, pulse)
• Bluetooth pulse oximeter (oxygen saturation and pulse rate)
• Bluetooth thermometer: The app displays the temperature reading measured by the device, together with a derived oral-equivalent estimate which is clearly labelled as an estimate.

The app supports any combination based on which devices you own.

• Add family members by email to receive alerts
• Family members notified when a reading crosses your threshold
• Family members never see raw readings — only alert messages

Medicine reminders

• Schedule medication reminders by name, type, and dosage
• Multiple daily dose times per medication
• Local notifications at scheduled times

Temperature Alert Preferences

• Slider to set the temperature threshold applied to the oral estimate
• Supports Celsius and Fahrenheit display

Data export

• Export readings as CSV files
• Filter by device type and date range
• Export per-device or all data as a ZIP file
• Share via email, cloud storage, or messaging

History and persistence

• View past readings organized by device
• Local storage with automatic snapshots every 5 minutes
• Data survives device restart

Privacy and data security

• Readings from your Bluetooth devices remain on your device
• Only alert notification metadata is sent to our servers
• Family members never see your raw readings
• Email-based account with password authentication
