One Thing is a deliberately tiny task app for anyone who freezes in front of a long to-do list — especially ADHD brains.

Instead of a wall of overdue items, it shows you exactly ONE thing to do right now, with a single big "Done" button. That's it. Come back after two minutes or two hundred days, and the screen looks the same. No streaks to break. No red badges. No shame.

WHY ONE THING IS DIFFERENT

• One task at a time — Your whole list is real, but you only ever see the next thing. Less overwhelm, more starting.

• Break it down — When the one thing still feels too big to begin, tap "Break it down" and split it into tiny steps. The first small step becomes your new "right now." Momentum, not pressure.

• Zero shame by design — No streaks, no penalties, no guilt-red badges. Miss a day or a month; nothing breaks. Pick up whenever you're ready.

• Gentle reminders — Optional, fully under your control, with a soft chime instead of a jarring alarm. They never fire when your list is clear — the app won't nag you about nothing.

• A calm widget — See your one thing on the Home Screen or Lock Screen, and check it off without even opening the app.

• A little celebration — Finishing feels good. A quiet, rotating celebration marks each "Done."
