PhotoLock is a private vault app that safely stores the photos and videos you want to keep hidden. Imported photos disappear from your device gallery and remain only inside a vault locked with a PIN and biometrics — visible to you alone.

Lock & Security

PIN · Biometric Lock: Create a vault only you can open with a 6-digit PIN and Face ID or fingerprint. Auto-Lock & Screen Masking: Locks automatically when the app goes to the background, and hides its contents in the app switcher. Screenshot Blocking: Blocks screenshots and screen recording on vault and photo screens. Recovery Code: Forgot your PIN? Get back in with your issued recovery code.

Vault & Albums

Organize with Albums: Neatly group and manage photos and videos by album. Per-Album PIN: Set a different password for each album for double protection. Hidden Locked Albums: Locked albums have their covers concealed too, so no one can tell what's inside. Sort & View Modes: Sort by date created, name, or photo count, and switch between grid and list views.

Importing Photos

Hide from Gallery: Select multiple photos and videos from your system gallery and move them into the vault. Delete Originals: Delete the originals after importing so they're gone from your device gallery for good. Photos & Videos Alike: Store both images and videos securely in one place.

Photo Viewer

Comfortable Viewing: Swipe to browse and pinch to zoom for an immersive experience. Slideshow: Play through an album automatically and enjoy your photos. Share & Export: Share photos or export them back to your gallery. Details: Check the file name, resolution, size, date added, and more.

Concealment & Peace of Mind

Disguise Mode: Disguise the app as a calculator to hide its very existence — enter your PIN in the calculator and press = to get in. Decoy Vault: Under pressure, open with a fake PIN to reveal an empty vault instead of your real photos. Intruder Detection: After 3 failed PIN attempts, silently captures the intruder with the front camera. Trash: Deleted photos can be restored for up to 30 days.

Languages & Themes: Supports Korean and English, with dark and light themes applied automatically to match your device settings. Privacy Policy: See exactly what information is used and how, right inside the app. Data reset and app sharing are also available in settings.
