Singularity Race is a pixel-art strategy sim where you run an AI startup racing rival labs to Artificial General Intelligence. Every quarter you've got limited actions and hard choices: fund a training run, poach a rival's top researcher, court regulators, or actually invest in alignment before your model does something regrettable.

Manage cash, compute, talent, and public trust while rival labs breathe down your neck. Fall behind and someone else reaches AGI first. Rush ahead recklessly and you might trigger a safety incident, a board coup, or a very public collapse.

Break four research walls — Data, Power, Regulation, and Alignment — to clear the path toward superintelligence. Each wall demands tradeoffs, and skipping alignment work is always tempting and always risky.
