Verification of Benefits (VOB) Submit and track VOBs and attach supporting documents, including an insurance card, photo ID, or a soft VOB, straight from your device camera or photo library.

Privacy-First Notifications Receive push and email alerts for VOB workflow events. Notifications reference the facility name only, never a patient name, a deliberate design choice to keep protected health information out of alerts.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY Patient information is visible only after sign-in and is scoped to the facilities each user is authorized to see. Data is encrypted in transit, and notifications carry no protected health information.

ACCESS IS BY INVITATION ONLY Invie is an enterprise tool with no public sign-up. Accounts are provisioned by IBS for its own staff and for the client facilities it works with.
