MED Diary Follow

Stay connected to someone you care for. Securely view the vitals, medications, dose activity, and lab results they choose to share with you.

Stay informed about the health of someone you care for with MED Diary Follow, the secure companion app for MED Diary. When a family member or someone in your care invites you, you can view the health information they choose to share, including:

• Vitals such as blood pressure, glucose, weight, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation • Current medications • Dose activity and medication adherence • Individual lab results

Their information is read-only, so you can follow their health story without changing their personal diary. They remain in control and can choose what to share, adjust access, or stop sharing at any time.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Shared health records are encrypted on the MED Diary user’s device before being uploaded. The server relays encrypted information, and MED Diary Follow decrypts it on your device using the key provided with the invitation.

GETTING STARTED

MED Diary Follow requires an invitation from someone using MED Diary. Sign in with the Apple Account email address they invited, then accept their invite to begin viewing the information they have shared.

MED Diary Follow is free for invited caregivers.
