Hanpu Intelligent Equipment Monitoring System Developed as an integrated digital management and control platform for industrial force-measuring equipment, the Hanpu Intelligent Equipment Monitoring System is compatible with a full lineup of force-testing devices including axial force meters, axial force-torque testers, intelligent sleeves and torque wrenches. It covers a wide range of industrial quality inspection scenarios: fastener preload force & torque testing, component fitting tension measurement, bolt assembly torque verification, and real-time force monitoring on automated production lines. The platform delivers closed-loop full-lifecycle management encompassing equipment connection, real-time monitoring, process configuration, equipment calibration, data storage and data analytics. The system supports dual-mode network access via direct Bluetooth connection and Wi-Fi local area network, and adopts the Modbus TCP industrial communication protocol. It enables quick commissioning of single devices as well as centralized networking of multiple force-measuring tools across workshops. Equipped with comprehensive operation and maintenance capabilities including FTP data transmission, OTA remote device firmware upgrade, SD card data backup, SD card formatting and factory reset restoration, the system flexibly adapts to diverse factory on-site deployment environments. After equipment connection, core metrics including real-time axial force, peak axial force, real-time torque and peak torque are visualized on the interface. The system automatically marks each test cycle as Pass or Fail and permanently stores all test logs. Users can customize multiple sets of production processes in advance by inputting target axial force, target torque and upper/lower force tolerance thresholds, then deploy the configured parameters to designated devices with one click. This unifies workshop inspection standards and eliminates human errors arising from manual parameter setup. A professional built-in calibration module offers 3-point, 9-point and user-defined multi-point calibration modes, with full retention of raw calibration data to satisfy factory quality audit and compliance requirements. All test data from all device categories is archived locally long-term. Records can be filtered and retrieved across multiple dimensions: equipment type, equipment serial number, time frame and inspection result. Each single log supports full parameter review and export of force/torque variation curves, enabling end-to-end traceability of every axial force and torque test. The system automatically categorizes and aggregates pass/fail records for intuitive bulk data visualization without manual tabulation. Assembly yield rates and torque/axial force quality fluctuations are clearly presented, allowing engineers to rapidly identify root causes of non-conformities and optimize assembly processes. The platform features an independent enterprise account registration & login system with Chinese/English language switching, as well as hierarchical permission control for equipment, process and data management. Its lightweight, user-friendly interface allows frontline quality inspectors and assembly operators to master operation without prior technical training. Fully replacing traditional handwritten paper ledgers, the system standardizes and digitizes bolt torque and axial force inspection workflows, helping factories perfect assembly quality control systems while cutting operational costs and boosting production efficiency.
