Walk through the home with your iPhone's LiDAR scanner and get a measured floor plan, areas for contractor quotes, a room-by-room budget and a 3D model with real sunlight. Everything stays in your own iCloud — no account, no server, no tracking.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Scan the home in one walk. Go room by room with your phone. HouseSense keeps track of where you are, so the rooms line up correctly relative to each other — and it knows which walls are exterior.
2. The drawing is ready. A measured floor plan with areas, compass orientation and a tape measure. The drawing is squared up automatically — but the numbers are always the scan's own.
3. See the light, furnish, share. A 3D model with sunlight hour by hour, AI interior design on the rooms' true dimensions — share the whole home with your partner, or a quote-ready PDF with areas and budget for your contractor.

FEATURES • Floor plan with real measurements: walls, doors, windows and areas — ready as a PDF for the bank or your building advisor. Tape measure with snap to corners and walls. • Areas for every quote: tap the rooms and get floor, ceiling, wall (gross and net) and skirting areas — the exact numbers a painter, flooring or drywall contractor asks for. • Budget, room by room: put prices on the measured areas — per m², or by the pack with the trade's own waste allowance. Link one floor across several rooms, track bought vs still needed, and export a combined shopping list. • 3D with sunlight: the model is built from the drawing. Turn on the sun, drag through time, and watch the light move through the rooms — June 21st or December 21st. • Fix the scan: remove a wall that isn't there, add the door the scanner missed, or straighten a crooked wall. Everything can be undone — the raw scan is never touched. • Will the furniture fit? Scan the sofa in the store or type in its dimensions, and try it on the floor plan. • Furnish with external AI: HouseSense packages the room's true dimensions, compass orientation and your wishes for ChatGPT or Copilot — and gathers the answers into a report. • Private by design: no account, no server, no tracking. Your scans live in your own iCloud, and sharing happens directly between your Apple accounts.

PRICING One home at a time is free — with everything: floor plan, 3D, sun and AI. Delete the home and scan a new one as often as you like. Keeping several homes requires an auto-renewing subscription; cancel anytime.

REQUIREMENTS Scanning requires an iPhone Pro or iPad Pro with a LiDAR scanner. Homes shared with you can be viewed without LiDAR.
